Delete your RideKaro account

You can request deletion of your RideKaro account and associated personal data at any time. We process verified requests within 30 days.

How to request

Send an email to support@ridekaroindia.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete My Account”, including your full name and registered mobile number.

I request deletion of my RideKaro account and personal data.

Reason (optional): <reason>

What happens next

• We verify the request from your registered contact details.
• Your profile, contact details and uploaded documents are deleted within 30 days.
• Some records (e.g. completed trip and invoice data) may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention, in de-identified form where possible.
• Any pending dues or active rides must be settled before deletion.
